See your dreams. Set your goals then attain them. The best way is to set a bunch of micro goals instead of one huge goal. Try it at the gym or on your run next time. Sprint and just get yourself to the next 5 seconds. Then 5 seconds after that. Unread of trying to do 1 min at once, break it down. You will do it faster, and most likely go longer than your original goal. Bang! Bang! ✖️✖️
